OAK, WHITE (Quercus alba) Aka Alba Oak and Stave Oak. Oak is a tree of the God. The Druids used the sacred wood for their Midsummer fires to summon protection and bring them strength. White oak is used for courage, endurance, fertility, helps remove unnecessary burdens in one’s life and enhance wisdoms and connections from the earth, nature, wildlife and our ancestors. It is also used in making fine whiskey barrels. Oak is the masculine counterpart to the Birch Goddess. 

OATSTRAW (Avena sativa) Used in spells for prosperity and money sachets. Helps to calm and balance.

ORANGE (Citrus sinesis) Add to love and money sachets and incense. Used in divination and Summer Solstice incenses.

ORANGE BERGAMOT (Mentha citrata) Used in money rituals and spells.Add bergamot to happiness sachets and incenses.

OREGANO (Origanum vulgare) Use in spells and magic for happiness. Add to sachets to encourage positive energies within the kitchen

ORRIS ROOT POWDER (Iris florentina) Add to love and divination sachets and spells. Used as a fixative in pot pourris and many magical herb blends.

PARSLEY (Petroselinum sativum) Aka Devils Oatmeal, Percely, Persillade. A scared herb and symbol of death and rebirth, Parsley is known as a funeral herb and is added to posies and garlands to help with the proceedings. The Ancient Greeks used parsley in crowns to honour the victors during the Funeral Games. Add Parsley to fertility, healing, protection and purification amulets, incense and sachets and to help call upon inner strength and agility. It is also used to enhance spirit communication. Apparently it is said that the Devil loves this plant and will steal it from ones garden.

PASSION FLOWER LEAF (Passiflora incarnata)  To bring calm to the home. Helps encourage friendship.

PATCHOULI (Pogostemon cablin) Patchouli can be added to grounding incenses and mixes due to it´s "earthiness." Also used in fertility, lust and money spells.

PENNYROYAL (Mentha pulegium) A herb of peace and strength, it can be added to sachets, incense, charms and any spells requiring those energies.

RASPBERRY LEAF (Rubus idaeus) Aka Bramble Bush, Garden Raspberry, Mothers Herb, Red Raspberry, Rubus. With its strong connections to motherhood, it is traditionally used by women as a uterine tonic, reducing fevers and for supporting the regulation of the menstrual cycle. It is also used to help prepare the womb for childbirth and soothe labour pains. A herb used during rites of passage for women, fertility and love spells and also in binding and protection magick.

RED CLOVER (Trifolium spp.) Aka Heart Trefoil, Honey Stalks, Red Shamrock, Trefoil, Trifoil. Traditionally Red Clover has been used as a blood purifier and general tonic, treating skin conditions and urinary stones, promotes calmness and rest.  It helps in healing magick concerning feminine energies. It is also said to remove negativity in general, added to lust spells, used to attract luck, prosperity and money and for deterring evil spirits.

RHODIOLA (Rhodiola rosea L) This herb also known as Aarons Rod, Artic Root, Golden Root, Kings Crown, Rose Root and Siberian Rose grows naturally in wild Arctic regions of Europe, including Britain and has been used for centuries as a traditional herb in Russia and Scandinavia. Add to sachets and herb blends to encourage positive energies and for happiness. A herb of fertility, endurance and strength and said to help protect us from environmental stresses and bring balance to our lives.
